Learning to teach the complete Pilates method and develop your point of view can take a long time (decades actually) but don’t worry, we are here to help! Come with us beyond the superficial and sculpt your professional voice in the original method and framework so that you are confident in your skills and choices with clients. We choose to work deeply and sensibly with real people of all ages and movement experiences and our courses teach you to work with the general public from ‘never exercised before’ to ‘Pilates lover’ but still with complete grounding in the Classical method, just with our progressive and updated approach.

Our mission is to demystify the original method, offer a home to Pilates practitioners who seek a place to practice and learn about themselves and the method and to expose all health professionals to this wonderful system while maintaining the legacy, capabilities and integrity of the craft.

Our courses can prepare you to enrich your group fitness training and equally step into a new area of professional opportunities in a studio such as The Movement Refinery or any fully-equipped Pilates paradise.
